A service in Thurrock to give you choice and control

Do you live in Thurrock?
Maybe you need support to live at home?
Do you want to feel more connected with the community?

If the answer is yes, then Contact and Connect may interest you or someone you know. Joint funded by Thurrock Council and NHS South West Essex, the service is being developed to help you live more safely and independently in your own home.

Contact and Connect is a service to link people with the community. If you are 85 years or over, you may need support and advice to help you to be independent. There are organisations that can help or you may be able to help others in the community.
