John Stanley’s do not have their own residential facility however we are experienced in providing care to these establishments.
If you have your own residential facility
At John Stanley’s our aim is to be an integral and trusted part of the service you already offer to your service users, residents and clients. We hope to achieve this by offering different services you may not be able to provide using your own staff. We hope to be more then an agency you ‘occasionally’ use and would like to develop a true working partnership that will compliment your own services.
We have a strong commitment towards training and personal development for all our staff to ensure all legislative guidelines are adhered to. We can also provide specialist staff for your facility including, Activity Support Care Workers who are able to organise any activities you require, from a reminiscence session, bingo, arts and crafts, cooking and baking etc even including a trip to the pub, seaside or theatre. A comprehensive list is available for all categories of staff you may require.
Who do we provide care for?
All our support workers are experienced in providing special care and support on a One to One basis. We also have staff whose expertise includes providing assistance to Service Users who may have specific individual needs due to challenging behaviour, terminal illness, dementia etc. We currently have staff available to work with the following groups;
- Older people
- Adults With Learning and Physical Disabilities
- Adults With Sensory Disabilities
- Mental Health
All our support workers have experience of working in many different care settings including;
- Day Care Centres
- Residential Homes
- Nursing Homes

What else can we do?
Using John Stanley’s Care Agency as your sole provider brings many benefits including discounted rates and a preferred worker system. We can provide you with a guaranteed service 24 hours per day, 365 days per week covering planned and unplanned staff absences or vacancies either on a long or short term basis. We can also cover the management of rotas on your behalf or a service tailor-made to your own specification and requirements. Ask about our Permanent Placement Services. With frequent visits to your establishment and regular quality assurance will ensure both yourselves and staff receive on-going support.
We will also ensure staff training is maintained and is of high standard to compliment your own. Should any complaints or problems arise we will respond quickly and professionally, offering our support through every stage to the eventual outcome.
