John Stanley’s Care Agency has a team of staff and a reputation to be proud of.
We will not just employ "anybody". We particularly take great pride in the number of dedicated staff who have been employed with the Company for many years. We "care" about our team of committed and loyal staff and appreciate their crucial role.

Our management team have many years experience working in the care sector.  Our team also consists of experienced Co-ordinators, Reviewing & Assessment Officers, NVQ & Training Managers, Human Resources Team Leader and Personnel Assistants and our “On-call” Co-ordinators who are on hand within the office from 5.30pm to 9.00pm.
Our policy has always been to listen, support and positively encourage our staff to develop new skills and contribute to their own career path.

In line with our company’s policies and procedures our team of experienced Care Workers have received a comprehensive induction and full training including:

Moving & Handling
Risk Assessment
 Health & Safety
Basic First Aid
 Basic Food Hygiene
 Medication Awareness Training
 Dementia Awareness
Infection control and awareness

            More than 50% of our staff have already achieved an NVQ Level II ahead of the 2008 requirement.

            We have our own City & Guilds Accredited NVQ and Training Centre, Mayhill Training & Development Ltd.

Care staff are required to ONLY undertake duties in line with the CSCI Requirements and Regulations. i.e no nursing care or support.
